Process for reserving a dog: We take 6 pre-birth deposits each litter. Waiting list is created in order we receive deposits. No holding spots! $500 deposit required to hold your spot on the list. Deposit is non-refundable. We can move you to the next litter if color/sex does not work out. After two attempts, if there is an issue on our end, we will gladly refund your deposit. We can not refund deposits if you change your mind. We have never had an issue with this, but we don't want families to have to wait a long time for a puppy! We know how hard it is to wait for that fur baby!

How do I pick my puppy?
We will go in order of deposits received for puppy pick at 6 weeks of age. We will post pictures and videos of the puppies to help with picking yours out. We post videos along the way, but the week before picking we will post individual videos of puppies so you can see them before picking. We can also answer any questions you may have at that time as far as personality goes. We Facetime when it is your turn so you can see puppies in live time and compare them together if necessary. We can not send individual requests for videos that you may want to see whenever. We try to do a good job of posting videos as the puppies grow and take the time when it is your turn to help you choose. We do want to honor our family time and not consume every moment with our children to be about the dogs and demand of clients. Once you pick your puppy though we will send ONE WEEKLY video/picture update of your furbaby so you can see them grow! We know that waiting is hard! We have changed our policy on visitors to the farm for safety of the puppies. Their health is our TOP priority and we have heard too many horror stories of puppies contracting Parvo or Giardia from visitors unknowingly bringing it in when visiting. These are HIGHLY contagious and very hard to get rid of. It will actually stay in the ground for several months up to several years. While we LOVED letting families come have a playdate to pick their puppy, we can not risk the health of our puppies. We have videos posted with our facilities so you can see where puppies our puppies start life and are raised. We thank you for understanding!

Our Policy:
*Please understand that adopting a dog is a 12-14 year commitment! We want ALL our dogs in a home where they are considered FAMILY!! IF in a RARE case you must re-home the dog, please contact us and we will take the dog back. We DO NOT want our dogs to be given to a shelter at ANY time!!
*After adoption you will be given a 48 hour window to get your dog vet checked yourself and send us a picture receipt of your first vet exam. Our health guarantee will ONLY be valid with regular vet visits on your part, including ALL puppy shots completed so keep your receipts and records! We also require AKC Registration (certificate in hand). We recommend going ahead and setting up their first visit BEFORE you receive your puppy! They will be due for their next set of shots at 12 weeks of age.
*We HIGHLY recommend spaying/neutering your dog at or after the age of TWO. Research has shown that if you do the surgery before that age it causes a much higher risk for health issues as they age. Some of these can include urinary incontinence, hip dysplasia, cancers, possible aggression etc.
*We DO NOT recommend taking your puppy out in public or with other dogs until they have completed ALL of their puppy shots. To do so will risk them catching viruses such as Kennel Cough or Parvo, which can be deadly.
